Description
We provide Needs Assessment and Service Coordination (NASC) for people with disabilities. We support Aucklanders aged 0 to 65 years who have physical, sensory, intellectual disabilities and ASD.
We can connect you to supports and services that meet your unique disability needs to help you improve the quality of your life. Tell us your goals, needs, abilities and resources. With your lead, we will develop a support plan that enables you to live the life you choose.
