Community Health Service



Te Roopu Waiora Trust is a kaupapa Maori Organisation founded and governed by whanau with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities. We provide disability information and advice to our communities, government and service providers as well as assisting whanau access Maori communities and a broad range of services.

We provide:

  •   information about disability services and supports
  •   gatherings for whanau to share their aspirations
  •   gatherings for providers to improve service engagement
  •   a safe and welcoming environment
  •   knowledge about Maori disability issues
  •   network links and contacts
  •   community research and planning
  •   Maori disability awareness.
