About our service
VisionWest Baptist HomeCare preserves the independence, dignity and quality of life of people who require support in their homes, long-term or short-term.
We provide quality care and practical support for those people who require help to stay in their homes, regardless of ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender or age.
If you, or someone you know, find it hard to cope with everyday activities such as personal hygiene, cooking or housework - contact VisionWest Baptist HomeCare.
VisionWest Home HealthCare - your first choice in supporting independence. We will develop with you an individual Care Plan to provide personal care and/or practical home support.
We deliver in-home healthcare that supports your independence and is designed around your goals.
Our clients include:
- the elderly

- children with special needs
- those assessed as needing support at home
- community service card holders
- people upon discharge from hospital.
Our service is client-focused and goal-driven with Care Plans developed jointly with the client and their family.
Whenever necessary, we work closely with other key service providers and community agencies to ensure the best care package possible, one that is designed to satisfy our client's needs.

We can provide support to assist you to get to and from the supermarket and assist you while there.
We have a chaplain who can visit you in your home to provide counselling or religious support.
We have a chaplain who can visit you in your home for counselling or religious suport.
Volunteer Visiting Service
If you are lonely we have a volunteer visiting service where someone can come and visit you in your home to provide companionship and friendship.
If you are referred to us through a health funder our services may be free.
However we have a private paying option for all of the services that we provide, please feel free to call us for more information.
