The WBOP PHO supports and delivers primary health care and wellness services through general practices, iwi partners and community organisations from Katikati to Ōpōtiki. Talk to our Health Coaches and Health Improvement Practitioners. It's free and you don't need a referral to get started! Diabetes & Lifestyle Changes Our team of community dietitians, nutritionists and nurses can help you manage diabetes and make healthy lifestyle changes. Quit smoking Start your smoke-free life with our free personalised support. These programmes aim to give you the tools and support you need to quit smoking.
