Dr Amrita Kumar

Amrita completed her medical training in Fiji and emigrated to New Zealand in 1985. She later moved to Tauranga in 1992 and started work in general practice in 1997. She is married with 2 sons and is a proud grand mum to 3 grandchildren. Amrita has been an assistant doctor at Fifth Avenue for well over 15 years. Her areas of special interest include women's health including Mirena insertion and removal as well as children's health.
