Dr Campbell Emmerton

Dr Emmerton provides optimistic, caring and expert care in the field of adult psychiatry, with broad experience in treating anxiety states, mood and psychosis, psychosomatic states, trauma, dependencies and neuro-developmental brain disorders. Using an informative and personable engagement, he focuses on patients achieving security, trust and confidence. These relational qualities of the professional relationship inform Dr Emmerton’s collaborative style of psychotherapeutic work alongside considered medication treatment, and goals of emotional growth and personal recovery.

More recently, he has led the clinical services development for Re-centre Auckland, as Medical Director.
