Profile

I grew up locally at Mandeville on a sheep and beef farm. I completed my secondary schooling at Gore High and my medical degree through the University of Auckland. After graduating in 2009 I had 3 fantastic years at Southland Hospital. During this time I completed post graduate studies including Diploma in Child Health and Certificate in Women’s Health.
I worked during 2013 in general practice, completing the first year of GP training scheme. The supportive and cohesive working environment at Gore Medical Centre makes it an enjoyable place to work.
I am married to a dairy farmer and am currently working part time as I juggle parenting and working life.
