Profile

Born and bred in Auckland I completed my medical training through the University Of Auckland. I then spent 3 years as a junior doctor in Southland covering a range of specialties including General Medicine, General Surgery, Urology, Emergency Medicine and Women’s Health. After that I worked as a registrar in Dunedin doing ENT (Ear, nose and throat) where we also did a lot of skin cancer work, particularly on the head and neck.
After this I moved up to the Bay of Plenty with my wife and 2 young daughters and started vocational training in General Practice. I have been working at Katikati Medical Centre since June 2019 where I initially started as a training registrar. Due to my hospital experience I particularly enjoy minor surgical procedure and problems of the ears nose and throat.
