Troy Graduated from University of Otago School of Medicine in 2003. He gained his orthopaedic fellowship in 2014.

He completed further fellowship training in hip and knee arthroplasty (joint replacement) and trauma surgery in Auckland and Sydney, Australia.

Troy has worked as an orthopaedic consultant at Hutt Hospital since June 2017.

His specialist areas of interest are hip and knee joint replacement surgery and hip and knee revision surgery.
