As a recent graduate of the University of Otago, I gained experience in both hospital-based care and sport-specific rehabilitation.
I have found a particular interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy during my time as a sports medic and working in outpatients as well as neurological rehabilitation from my placement on the long-term rehab ward in Hutt Hospital.
I aim to work with patients to help them take control of their health journey, to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. I believe it is important to keep your body moving in a way that benefits you holistically.
To keep moving, I enjoy running, tramping and dancing (I particularly enjoy contemporary dancing and aerial hoop).
