A patient portal is a secure online tool provided by GP practices that can allow convenient access to your health information as well as interaction with the practice e.g. booking appointments and requesting repeat prescriptions.
For our patients who are enrolled access to Connectmed is available, to make doctor and smear clinic appointments and request repeat prescriptions and view filed lab results. A signed Connectmed portal form and appropriate identification is required for the additional feature of viewing filed lab results.
