Profile

Claire is a GP at Tend Kingsland. Drawn to medicine from a young age by her interest in people and how things work, Claire studied at Bristol Medical School, where she developed a strong foundation in holistic, person-centred care. Her passion for supporting patients as whole individuals naturally led her to a career in general practice.

Claire’s areas of interest include lifestyle medicine and holistic care, focusing on helping patients make practical, meaningful changes to improve their overall wellbeing. She enjoys connecting with people, understanding their situations, and working together to find ways to enhance their health.

In her spare time, Claire enjoys spending time with her two young children on beach trips, as well as practising yoga, strength training, running, cooking, and reading.
