Profile

After living, working and enjoying life in a number of places both here in NZ and overseas I finally settled in beautiful Pāpāmoa with my wife Natasha (who is also a doctor here), my two sons and chocolate Labrador.
I am passionate about all things sport and am a keen runner. I carried this into my work and studied Sports Medicine which means I look at non-surgical ways to improve or rehabilitate injury.
I am also keen to investigate ways of using exercise and activity to improve health and peoples quality of life in both acute and chronic illness/disease. I also perform minor surgery.
