Description

Avalon Medical is a full-service general practice healthcare provider offering a comprehensive range of primary health care services. 

Online bookings via ManageMyHealth are currently suspended.  Please call for all appointments.  Repeat prescription requests and lab results are still available via the ManageMyHealth portal.

Our team is made up of GP’s (see details below under ‘Doctors’) and:

Nursing Staff: Tania, Jess, Kelly, Jess, Brittney, Mas and Dinie (Tori is currently on Maternity Leave)

New enrolment numbers are being closely monitored to ensure we maintain our capacity to provide a minimum standard of quality service.   

Currently new enrolments are now being received.  However this may change based on utilisation rates and staff capacity to manage an increase in enrolment numbers.

Parking

Patient carparking is available at the medical centre. 

No off-road parking is available, however additional carparking is available 200m down the road before the service station - look for the orange sign advertising carpark for Avalon Health.
