Description

Avondale Family Doctor offers comprehensive medical care for enrolled patients. The sole GP, Nasir Khan, two nurses, Pam and Nileshnee, and receptionist Wendy, aim to provide prompt friendly service, with a full range of general practice, family medical and emergency care.

The nurses run special appointments for cardio-vascular risk assessment, diabetes care management, well women's checks and sexual health screening. Childhood immunisations are encouraged and travel vaccination and health care advice is available.

After hours: We partner with Practice Plus to provide virtual GP services, as an extension of our regular medical centre team.
