Patient Portal

A patient portal is a secure online tool provided by GP practices that can allow convenient access to your health information as well as interaction with the practice e.g. booking appointments and requesting repeat prescriptions.

To register for patient portal go to www.balmoraldoctors.co.nz and click join Connectmed and follow the prompts. Patients using portals can book appointments, request repeat scripts, view lab results (if access granted by their GP),  check Immunisation history.
