We are a Covid-19 Vaccination Centre.  This is by appointment only so please call us to book on 09 538 0083.

Getting a COVID-19 vaccine is an important step you can take to protect yourself, your kaumātua and whānau from the effects of the virus. For more information on the COVID-19 vaccines and eligibility visit Ministry of Health - COVID-19 vaccines.

The majority of routine vaccinations can now be administered before, after, or at the same time as your COVID-19 vaccinations. The exception to this is the Zostavax (shingles) vaccine where a 7-day gap before or after receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 is advised. If you have any questions, please discuss with your health provider.

This practice provides Covid-19 testing for enrolled and casual patients. Please call the practice for more information on (09) 538 0083.  When we move into lockdown our appt slots fill to capacity quickly - apologies if we are unable to make a booking for you.

Testing for Travel

This clinic provides pre-departure testing for people who are travelling.  Note this may not include under 13 years who may be required to go to a lab for testing.  Please call us on 09 538 0083 to book an appointment.

Description

Crawford Medical Centre is a GP practice located in the heart of Howick Village.  Our 17 doctors provide a full range of family health services, including minor surgery.  We have great on-site parking and we will make emergency house calls.

Our focus is our patients. Crawford Medical provides patients with the best possible medical care, conducted with the utmost integrity and respect.  We pride ourselves on delivering a professional, confidential and individual medical service.  Our service is second to none.

At Crawford Medical you will always find a cheerful, caring atmosphere, and our team use the latest methods and the best equipment and resources available.  We are committed to continuing health education and have adopted a Continuous Quality Improvement programme to ensure we maintain the highest standard of care.

Our Saturday clinic is a walk-in clinic where no appointment is required but be early as the list can fill quickly.
