Note: * This practice is approved by ADHB to charge enrolled funded patients $38 for 14-17yrs and $43.00 for standard medical consultations over 18yrs. The discounted fees appearing above do not affect this right. Standard medical consults are 15minutes. Extended consults may attract higher fee. Thursday and Saturday after hours fees $10 applies.

For those who have flu-like symptoms including muscle ache and fatigue, should consider getting a covid-19 test and please DO NOT come to the medical centre. You can still book either phone or video consults if you elect to do so. Please note, our online booking is ONLY available for our ENROLLED patients through our website. Epsom Family Health Centre is committed to providing a safe environment for our patients at all times and everyone that comes to our clinic.
