We aim to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our patients in a state-of-the-art, well equipped setting. We focus on ensuring that every patient who comes to us can talk openly about their health concerns knowing that they are in a safe, supportive and confidential environment.

At Family Doctors at Smales our integrated practice team works hard to provide the highest quality general practice, recognising the importance of disease prevention, health promotion and lifestyle balance for long term wellbeing. We are committed to providing the best of personal medical care, including a broad range of health services, treatments and supporting healthy lifestyle choices.

Consultations are by appointment only. Our initial appointments are booked for half an hour and standard consultation times are 15 minutes. We can book double appointments; please ask our receptionist when booking.

Our team is made up of a number of GPs (see details below under “General Practitioners”).

Horizon Radiology are onsite for ultrasound and x-ray services.

Physio Action are also onsite.  You can call 0800PHYSIO to book an appointment.
