This practice is not currently providing routine RAT COVID-19 testing. If as part of your consultation you have symptoms consistent with COVID, A RAT test maybe carried out at that time.

We do not provide supplies of Rapid Antigen Test kits for patients to take away.

Description

We are a general practice aiming to provide quality healthcare to you and your family.

Consultations are by appointment only. Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes.

We encourage all of our patients to sign up to the Manage My Health patient portal - this is easy and allows you to make appointments on line without having to phone the clinic. You can also request repeat prescriptions and view your Lab Results on line.

Some enrolled patients are eligible for a low cost access fee for GP services of $19.50.  Whether you qualify for this subsidy is dependent on the government coding of ethnicity and address. Otherwise, the service fee is $45.00 per GP consultation (over 18 years old). Please phone the clinic or enquire at front reception for more information regarding your fees to see the GP or Practice Nurse.

Different charges apply to casual and non-enrolled patients and for other services.

After Hours Assistance - If you need assistance from the GP Clinic after hours, please phone on the above numbers. A Registered Nurse will answer your call.

Alternatively please present at one of our Urgent Care Clinics - Countied Medical Urgent Care, 6-18 O'Shannessey Street, Papakura (open 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week) or Takanini Urgent Care, 2 Te Napi Drive, Takanini (open 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday).

Public Holidays: Closed ANZAC Day (25 Apr), King's Birthday (3 Jun), Matariki (28 Jun), Labour Day (28 Oct), Auckland Anniversary (27 Jan), Waitangi Day (6 Feb), Good Friday (18 Apr), Easter Sunday (20 Apr), Easter Monday (21 Apr).
