Description
As a Primary Care Team in your community, we are committed to excellence in our patient care and administration by providing individuals, families and whanau with a safe and caring environment and ensuring a partnership of trust is developed to meet the emotional, physical and cultural needs of all our clients.
We are a ProCare practice and we can provide a range of specialist services, including weight loss/exercise programmes and experts like podiatrists, dieticians and psychologists. This is free for eligible patients.
The Family Health Care Medical Centre is a Cornerstone accredited practice and was the first general practice in New Zealand to achieve Telarc ISO 9001 accreditation in 2001. This is an internationally recognised quality management system that aims to enhance customer satisfaction as well as improving practice systems.

Different charges apply to casual and non-enrolled patients and for other services.
Non-Funded patients (overseas visitors and non-residents) are charged $70
Casual Patients (NZ Residents) charged $70 less any government subsidy
