Description

Fifth Avenue Family Practice is one of the longest established practices in Tauranga, having served the community for almost 70 years. We are situated close to the CBD of Tauranga. Our second site, 5th Ave on 10th, is situated at Suite 2, Promed House. Both sites have free easy parking and wifi.

Our Medical Staff consists of seven associate General Practitioners, and six assistant doctors with an interest in special areas as well as general practice. We offer a wide range of services and are able to offer both routine appointments and also emergency or acute care. We are proud to be a teaching practice committed to training excellence for future general practitioners and nurse practitioners. 

A dispensing pharmacy is available on site at Fifth Avenue. Physiotherapy and X-ray facilities are also conveniently located adjacent to 5th Ave on 10th at Promed House.
