Patient Portal
A patient portal is a secure online tool provided by GP practices that can allow convenient access to your health information as well as interaction with the practice e.g. booking appointments and requesting repeat prescriptions.
We can now offer you the patient portal Health365 so you can book appointments and request regular medications online. Please phone 09 8460002 or email on reception@fourkauri.co.nz if you would like to be registered for this service.
