We are a Personalised Medical Care Centre offering a full range of general practice services to you and your family with an emphasis on health education and preventative medicine.

We use our medical portal extensively to make sure you are fully involved in your healthcare. This service is currently FREE to enrolled patients. This link explains what the patient portal is all about patient portals
VIDEO CONSULTATION IS AVAILABLE - contact to make a time that suits.
We offer detailed holistic assessments and options to get you back on track to optimal health. Some services do not qualify for subsidy.
NURSE clinics available for management of Blood pressure, Diabetes, Fluids balance in conjunction with the GP
We are currently closed to enrolment for chronic conditions. We are working on our staffing to improve care and look forward to enrolment once we are able.

After hours please contact ShoreCare at either Smales Farm, Takapuna, or NorthCross, Ph: (09) 486 7777.
Additionally there is an afterhours triage service provided through Procare, our large supporting organisation, if we are not contactable during the evening or overnight. This is a free service to patients.
During the christmas period the clinic will have a receptionist present to take calls, pass messages to the doctor and other such things but no doctor will be there.
