This practice is open to patients from our whole community, including Māori, Pasifika, disabled, rainbow and gender diverse patients. We are a family-centred medical centre offering a full range of general practice services.
We offer a Skin Cancer Clinic and a Travel Vaccination Clinic on-site for both registered and casual patients. The Skin Cancer Clinic is managed by our skin specialist nurses, Wendy Duckett, Jason Leigh and Lidia Sokolova, who all specialise in Dermoscopy. The Travel Clinic is directed by our Nurse Manager and Travel Specialist, Jason Leigh. Additionally, we offer a nurse-led Ear Suction Clinic for patients aged 16 years and older, which is also accessible to both registered and casual patients.
We have two on-site theatres, which are used for a wide range of minor surgical procedures such as the removal of skin cancers, skin growths, and Toenail wedge resections.
Henderson Medical Centre also has the following on-site:
Pharmacy, Dentist, Podiatrist, Physiotherapy with a rehabilitation gym and a Chinese Medical Clinic, offering acupuncture and herbs.
