Patient Portal

A patient portal is a secure online tool provided by GP practices that can allow convenient access to your health information as well as interaction with the practice e.g. booking appointments and requesting repeat prescriptions.

Patients enrolled at our Medical Centre are invited to register for access to Herne Bay Medical Centre Patient Portals (Connectmed) through our website www.hernebaymed.co.nz which provides 24 hour access to:

 

Repeat Prescriptions

Can be requested for your regular medications.

Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed.

You will be contacted if you need to be seen for any prescriptions.

Appointments

Can be made for routine 15 minute consultations with your Doctor.

If you require a longer appointment please phone our receptionist.

Lab Results

Will be available once your doctor has seen them.

Please phone our nurses if you have any questions regarding results.

 

 

Other Online Services

Your information will be available regarding allergies, immunisations, accounts, measurements and your health summary.

Links

Provides access to web based information sites recommended by your Doctor

 Normal fees will be applicable for appointments and prescriptions.
