Consultations are by appointment only. Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes.
We are a normal General Practice and NOT AN ACCIDENT & EMERGENCY CENTRE.
However, because of the distance to North Shore and Waitakere hospitals, we can provide first aid services, during normal opening hours along with our:
Acute Care Clinic (Walk-In Service)
The team at Kaipara Medical Centre provides an Acute Care Clinic, which is a walk-in service that operates from 8.30am - 3pm, Monday to Friday. This walk-in clinic is for our enrolled patients only and operates at standard appointment costs.

After hours: We partner with Ka Ora Telecare to provide same day virtual GP appointments for enrolled patients, as an extension of our regular medical centre team.
Ka Ora Telecare is available weekdays from 5pm to 8.30am and 24/7 weekends/public holidays.

Alternatively:If it's after hours or if one of our doctors is not available, you can get a virtual GP consultation with a real doctor by using CareHQ, from 7am-10pm, 7 days per week.
