Patient Portal
A patient portal is a secure online tool provided by GP practices that can allow convenient access to your health information as well as interaction with the practice e.g. booking appointments and requesting repeat prescriptions.
Due to covid screening for appointments we will no longer be allowing booking on line
We would also encourage this service if you like to have access to your blood tests and other results.
Our portal Health365 is still available to request repeat prescriptions, see lab results with links to useful information and do online consultations. There is a one off sign up fee of $10 with usual charges for prescriptions. There will be the usual consultation charges for online consultations. https://health365.co.nz/SGAccount/LogOn

We use Manage my Health patient portal, this allows enrolled patients to access their test results, order repeat prescriptions and book face to face, phone or video consults all from the portal.
