Description
We are a family centred surgery offering a full range of general practice services to you and your family.
Consultations are by appointment only. Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes.
If you are a registered patient appointment bookings and prescriptions requests can be made on-line via the Manage My Health portal.

New Patient Fee (1st visit) Adults (with no CSC card) - $98.00. Adult (with CSC Card) - $68.00. Children aged 14-17 years (with no CSC Card) - $76.00, Children 14-17 (with CSC Card) - $56.00.
For non enrolled or casual patients the appointment fee is $120.00
For enrolled adult CSC cardholders the appointment fee is $19.50, under 18 years cardholders, the fee is $13.00
