Description

Our Mission Statement: To ensure the provision of community input to primary health services to a high standard for the people of the Tuapeka District utilising health professionals in the area to the maximum. Using their skills to enable care within our community whenever possible either in the people's home or at the community owned Rural Health Centre which will be administered by a charitable company and made sustainable for future health needs and requirements.

The practice is closed on Thursdays from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

After Hours: Clinic phone goes through to an after hours service

**Friday - after 1400hrs, can refer urgent patient to Clutha Health First GP or call 111
