Ms Gurjit Kaur - Nurse Practitioner
Gurjit is a Nurse Practitioner who was born and raised in India and has been in primary care for more than 15 years. She completed her undergraduate qualification in India and pursued the postgraduate qualification from the University of Auckland where she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Sciences followed by a Masters of Nursing. Her thesis for her Masters was "Cultural influences that impact on health behaviours among migrated Indians diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in New Zealand". Therefore, Gurjit has a specal interest in management of type 2 diabetes in migrant populations.
** FREE ACC for all enrolled and non enrolled patients. Free non enrolled kids under 6 years. FREE ACC follow up and rehab on ACC to all patients.
