Dr. Harshad Patel is an excellent GP. He is very friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. He listens patiently, diagnoses the problem efficiently, and provides honest and clear feedback. We really appreciate that he always suggests the most appropriate treatment options.

What we also find very helpful is that Dr. Patel takes the time to guide his patients about any new technologies or systems introduced to make things easier, like booking appointments online or accessing health information.

Both my husband and I are extremely satisfied with the care we receive from him. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients. Highly recommended!

Quality of care has dropped considerably since Dr Raj left. Receptionist are rude and unhelpful. I've been with this practice for 42 years and feel like it's very much "ship em in, ship em out" no empathy and care factor has gone!

Very slow in answering phone calls

Bad customer service, I called them and the receptionist was so rude she put me on hold 20mins and then she was forcing me to speak quickly she didn’t let me decide the time and she hang up the phone even I was talking that’s sooo bad

Reception service is extremely poor they never pick up your call when you need a booking with the doctor and when they do pick up they are rude and disrespectful.
