Meadowbank Medical Centre was established in 1982 with a legacy of serving a diverse community from all walks of life. We partner with CareHQ to provide virtual after-hours GP services, as an extension of our regular medical centre team.

Due to significant cost pressures in General Practice, we have to take strong financial measures to ensure sustainability of our services while trying to ensure that patients receive the care that they need. These will be our new fees once approved.
If you are entitled to a Community Services Card or Disability Allowance, please inform us so that we can help you apply for additional funding for your care.

After Hours: We partner with CareHQ to provide same day virtual GP or Nurse appointments for enrolled patients, as an extension of our regular medical centre team. CareHQ is available 7 days a week, 7am until 9pm.
Alternatively : Phone GP practice and follow instructions. You will be transferred to an after hours service who will direct you

Preferred urgent care clinic out of hours: White Cross Ascot - 24/7 Urgent Care.
