Description

We are a family centered surgery offering a full range of general practice services to you and your family.

Our surgery is located behind the North Harbour Pharmacy. We are located down the central driveway, right at the bottom.

Consultations are by appointment. Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes. If you think that you need more than 15 minutes, please let us know when you make your appointment, so that we can accommodate this.

Our team is made up of 3 GPs (see details below under “General Practitioners”).

We also have a midwife, osteopath, and psychologist who are available on our premises.

From the 1st December  2018, the costs for enrolled patients with a community services card will be:

Under 14 yrs  free,  aged 14-17 $13.00,  aged 18 and above $19.00.

The cost for a repeat prescription is $15 if the prescription is personally collected the following day.

For a faxed prescription, an urgent or same day prescription, the cost is $25.

New patients (18+) first visit half hour appointment $95.
