GP practice - enrolled patients only
This practice provides COVID-19 testing to enrolled patients. Please call the practice to make an appointment for this. We are available from 8.30 to 4.30 pm for testing.
Description
We are a family centered surgery offering a full range of general practice services to you and your family.
Our surgery is located behind the North Harbour Pharmacy. We are located down the central driveway, right at the bottom.
Consultations are by appointment. Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes. If you think that you need more than 15 minutes, please let us know when you make your appointment, so that we can accommodate this.
Our team is made up of 3 GPs (see details below under “General Practitioners”).
We also have an osteopath and a psychologist who are available on our premises.

The costs for enrolled patients with a community services card will be:
Under 14 yrs free, aged 14-17 $13.00, aged 18 and above $19.00.
The cost for a repeat prescription is $20.
New patients (18+) first visit half hour appointment $95.

For after hours care, please call Shore Care at Smales Farm on (09) 486 7777, or White Cross in Glenfield on (09) 444 4244 if you have urgent medical needs. The clinic at Northcross is currently closed due to the Covid 19 lock down.
