Coastal Medical is a diverse team of dedicated professionals, including experienced general practitioners, physician associates, nurse practitioners, prescribers, pharmacists, emergency-care-paramedics (ECPs), nurses and more!
We embrace a team-based care model, recognising that it takes a collaborative approach to support a healthy community.
As a locally owned and operated provider, we serve our communities through general practices here in Ōakura as well as Ōpunake, and Stratford the Healthcare Hub in Waiwhakaiho.

After hours:We partner with Ka Ora Telecare to provide same day virtual GP appointments for enrolled patients, as an extension of our regular medical centre team.
Ka Ora Telecare is available weekdays from 5pm to 8.30am and 24/7 weekends/public holidays.
