Prebooked (4days in advance) an appointment with a Nurse Shinal for a stitch removal at the otahuhu clinic for 10.30am, we reported to reception an waited, 1hour wait, I approached desk again only to be told they had no idea that the nurse had not turned up. There was no communication that nurse shinal would not be present for her shift and now we had to be rescheduled to next available appointment in 2days time. When asked if they can at least do a clean of wound site. This was declined as the nurse working was not skilled?

Its already hard enough to get appointments now its hard to be sure you have one when you turn up. Unreliable and wouldnt recommend
