Primary Healthcare Service
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This practice is not currently providing Covid-19 testing. Please refer to Covid-19/Coronavirus Testing Clinics
If you are unwell with any acute respiratory infection with at least one of the following symptoms: new or worsening cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, head cold, sudden loss of smell with or without fever, please let us know in advance as the doctor might need to see you in your car.
We do not do COVID swabbing, as we don’t have the right space to keep possible COVID patients separate from non-COVID patients , so we protect our well patients by asking possible COVID patients to go to your nearest community testing centres or designated swabbing centres. We also don’t have enough staff to be testing people as well as looking after our regular patients.
We will continue to offer virtual consults i.e. telephone and video consults if applicable. Please indicate your preference of virtual or face to face when booking your appointment. Note, you will still need to book an appointment for the phone consult and the doctor will ring you at the appointed time.
Thank you for your cooperation. Your safety and welfare are our utmost concern.
We are a general practice aiming to provide quality primary healthcare and emergency services to you and your family.
Consultations are preferably by appointment basis but we are available for urgent consultations as required. Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes.
Our team is made up of 2 full time GPs (see details below under “General Practitioners”) who have vast experience in all aspects of General Practice, a very experienced practice nurse/manager and a pair of very efficient and caring receptionists.
