COVID-19 Update
If you’re experiencing symptoms of a respiratory infection — such as a new or worsening cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, head cold, or sudden loss of smell (with or without fever) — please let us know when booking your appointment.
- A Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) is required before your visit.
- Email us a photo of your test result before arriving.
- If you test positive for COVID-19, do not enter the clinic.
If you don’t have a RAT test at home, please arrive 15 minutes early and contact reception from your car. A staff member will bring a test kit to you in the carpark.
- Complete the test in your car and send us a photo of the result.
- If the result is positive, your appointment will be changed to a phone consultation.
