Covid-19 testing

GP practice - enrolled and casual patients

To ensure safety for all on the clinic premises during all Covid-19 Alert Levels, we require patients (existing and new) to contact our friendly reception on 09 578 0956 as your first point of contact and before visiting the clinic for any reason.

From there you will be contacted by one of our Doctors for treatment and care. If the Doctor requires you to come into the clinic for an assessment, they will book this appointment directly with you while they have you on the phone. Only one consult fee will be charged if the Doctor triages you on the phone and then has you come in to the clinic for assessment.

All patients who visit the clinic will be asked questions regarding Covid-19 symptoms by our friendly reception staff. It is critical that you answer honestly about any flu-like or respiratory symptoms (cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath). This will help to ensure the correct precautions are taken to keep you and our clinic staff safe.
