This practice provides Covid-19 testing to enrolled patients. Testing is done in your car usually at 11am and 2pm daily in the car park at rear of the Medical Centre depending on demand - bookings essential. Please call the practice for more information.

During Covid 19 the surgery will close at 5.30pm. You may receive a telephone consultation instead of face to face to reduce the risk of transmission. All appointments will be assessed by a Doctor or Nurse before the appointment is confirmed.
Open Saturdays for urgent consults - 9am until 12pm.

Phone GP practice and follow instructions. You will be transferred to an after hours service who will direct you
Public Holidays: Closed on all public holidays.
Preferred urgent care clinic out of hours: White Cross Accident & Urgent Medical - Ascot 24/7.

Enrolled Community Service card holders: 14 - 17 years $13 - Over 18 years $19.00
Fees may vary depending on the service provided - medicals, certificates, reports, procedures, minor surgery, materials and extended consultations such as where multiple problems are discussed will incur additional charges.
Note: Free under 14 years fees applies to ENROLLED patients only for a standard consultation during normal surgery hours i.e. not on weekends, double appointments or for procedures.
Non Enrolled (casual or Non NZ residents) patient fee - $71 (less any GMS subsidy if available)
Nurse consultations: $25.00
Note - it can take up to four weeks from the time of signing an enrolment form until the capitation subsidy is received from the Ministry of Health
Prescriptions - $17.00
ACC surcharge - $38.50
Saturdays - $12 Extra added to usual fees
