Description
Introducing Phone and Video Consultations
We have introduced phone and video consultations with our doctors. You can call our reception team to find out which type of consultation would be best for you. Usual consult charges apply for these bookings.
Consults are by appointment only. Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes.
We are currently accepting new patients!!!
If you wish to register, please pop into the clinic with either a passport or birth certificate and fill out an enrolment form and questionnaire. Once you have completed this, there will be a 5 working day processing time; this is to allow us to retrieve your previous notes and gives administration time to add you to the practice's books.
We do not see casual patients.
Please contact us to enquire about the registration process.
Appointment Booking via H365 Disabled
We have temporarily disabled the ability to book your own appointments on Health365. This is due to Coronavirus and the requirement of social distancing. Please call the reception team to arrange your appointments - we are sorry for any inconvenience.
