The practice provides Covid-19 testing to enrolled patients.
For casual patients - please contact reception to discuss options.
Typically, we will need your full legal name, date of birth, current address, contact phone number. These can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org -- we need these details to complete lab referral and notify Public Health authorities regarding the test.
No walk-ins please.
Testing for Travel
This clinic provides pre-departure testing for people who are travelling. Please call Reception to arrange.
We are a multidisciplinary team offering a full range of occupational health services, accident/medical/rehabilitation as well as comprehensive general practice healthcare services.
