Covid-19 pass
My Vaccine Pass - get in person
Our service can help you request and print a My Vaccine Pass for free. Bring your NHI number if you can when you visit. You do not need to have ID or an email address. You will be asked some personal details so you can be found in the system.
We can also print and laminate your vaccine pass for you for free. However this may take up to 2 days if we are busy.
Covid-19 testing
GP practice - enrolled and casual patients
We provide COVID 19 testing (PCR and Supervised RAT) for enrolled and casual patients free of charge.
For patients with symptoms we test Monday to Friday (when open) by appointment only. Please call the practice. You will be phone triaged by a doctor and given an appointment time - usually on the same day.
For patients without symptoms we provide PCR and Supervised RAT's for travel or employment etc. This is a charged service. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Testing for International Travel
We provide pre-departure testing for people who are travelling. We take a 'one-stop' approach where you can be tested and pay for your lab fees (if any) at the same time. We then follow up with you as soon as we receive your results.
Please call to book an appointment. We can usually provide an appointment the next working day.
- PCR testing for travel or employment:
- Registered patients - $200
- Casual patients - $240
- Supervised RAT for travel or employment:
- For international travel (Registered or Casual patients) - $50
- For domestic travel (Registered or Casual patients) - free
Supervised RATs for priority populations
Priority populations are groups that have experienced adverse impacts or are considered at higher risk of the effects from COVID-19 outbreaks in New Zealand. They include Māori and Pacific communities and those living with disabilities.
Please view the Ministry of Health - COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Testing Guide: https://www.health.govt.nz/system/files/documents/pages/covid-19-rapid-antigen-testing-guide-20feb22.pdf
Supervised RATs for NZ Travel and NZ Courts
Supervised rapid antigen testing (RATs) is for unvaccinated people with no COVID-19 symptoms, who require evidence of a negative COVID-19 test result to travel within New Zealand, or for entry into a court of law.
- For travel, the test must be done within the 72 hours prior to travel (preferably within 24 hours). See the Unite against COVID-19 website for more travel advice.
- For court attendance, the test must be done within 24 hours.
For more information about rapid antigen testing, view the Ministry of Health website.
