I have been with RVMC for over a decade and used to see Dr Jane Buckley who was excellent. However since the changes the service has dropped significantly to a point where we can’t even get a prescription renewal for our child who has ADHD without delays of a week and chasing multiple times a day to sort. It doesn’t seem like they care about their patients any longer. We are now looking elsewhere.
