Description

We are a brand new general practice aiming to provide Premier Healthcare for patients in West Auckland and beyond.

Our newly renovated premises are designed to be COVID ready and pandemic prepared, and we are able to care for you during all COVID alert levels.

Consultations are strictly by appointment only, and we are not able to fit in walk-in patients.

There is lots to do as we are located in the well known Royal Heights Shopping Centre, where there is a pharmacy linked to us by a covered walkway, food outlets, Asian supermarket and other shopping available. There is even an outdoor playground right next to us for the little ones!

Our staff are all tertiary graduates, fully bilingual and fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin.

In the current pandemic, our reception have been asked to separate patients into 2 different streams based on their symptoms.

Please inform our reception upon booking if you have:

  • Cold
  • Cough
  • Running nose
  • Sore throat
  • Unexplained fever, chills
  • Other respiratory symptoms like shortness of breath

AND / OR

  • Been in contact with a known case of COVID 19
  • Travelled in last 2 weeks to a location with known community spread
  • Are working as or are related to a COVID 19 Essential Worker

We are happy to see you in our PURPLE CLINIC – a special room INSIDE our premises with separate access and special ventilation!

We will provide masks for ALL patients seen in our Purple clinic and for any other patients who request one so don't hesitate to ask.

This helps us to protect the other patients without the above symptoms who will be seen as usual.

To care for you effectively, nothing beats seeing you in person. If that is not possible for any reason, do call us and we can arrange for a phone or video consult via various social media platforms like Whatsapp, Skype or Wechat.

For test results, we believe in informing you as soon as possible of any test results, be they normal of abnormal.

If you have had a test done by one of our staff, and not received any notification by phone, text or email of the results after one week, do call us and we will be more than happy to contact you back.

We do not encourage email consultations.

Staff

Our staff are all tertiary educated in New Zealand and effectively bilingual, fluent in English and Mandarin.

Enrolling new patients

Yes

This practice is enrolling new patients.

We are a full service GP clinic catering to a diverse population across different ages and socio-economic status.

Our unique and bespoked medical services requires lots of time, dedication to details and commitment to premier quality service. We believe that understanding a patient's full medical history is important to providing the very best health care.

As such, we need to maintain an equitable proportion and distribution of different patients from varied socio-economic groups.

For now, our enrolment spaces for patients with CSC and for children under 14 are full.

We are happy to provide medical care for non-enrolled patients - this will be charged at a casual rate.
