Great friendly practice with very professional Doctors, Nurses and admin staff.

Receptionist are rude and unfriendly it great to deal with when sick. Doctors and nurses are friendly.
Wait times aren’t good though had an appointment booked for 10:30 and at 11:45 I was still sitting there because the doctor was running behind. When I asked to reschedule because I had to go back to work I was met with rude receptionists who still charged me for my appointment. Then every time I try get an appointment now the wait time is up to 8 weeks sometimes to get in with my doctor.

The doctors are excellent, but reception not good enough. No communications between themselves & I've been twice in 1 week, they don't remember what they told me prior & not noted on their computers

The team here are like family, they actually care about the patients.
I seriously cannot recommend them enough, from the front facing receptionists to the doctors, I cannot fault them at all, quite simply look no further
