Established in 1994, Sommerville Surgery is a Cornerstone Accredited general practice providing comprehensive medical services including health checks, accident and medical care involving men's, women's, child and youth health issues. Free sexual health checks for eligible patients. We are also thoroughly involved in care for patients with chronic illness and aged care namely Planned Proactive Care (previously known as At Risk Individual), Depression, Advanced Care Planning and Palliative Care Modules. We also have a visiting midwife, obstetrician & gynaecologist on site.

Consultations are by appointment only. Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes. Additional charges apply if a patient requires a longer consultation time.

If you do not give more than 2 hours notice of cancellation we reserve the right to charge a $30 no show fee. If you do not notify us the appointment is wasted and could have been offered to another patient.
