We can do a phone consultation if you have cold, flu or viral type symptoms for example: coughing, fever, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, shortness of breath, body ache, vomiting, diarrhoea.
If you come to the clinic with any of these symptoms, ring us from your car, or the carpark and we will attend to you.
If you are asked to come inside the clinic with any cold, flu or viral type symptoms listed above
(even if those symptoms are mild) you will be asked to wear a mask. This is for the protection of elderly and vulnerable patients waiting inside the clinic at risk of serious illness from respiratory illness like Influenza, and for protection of our staff.
We understand at times it may be difficult to get through on the phone. If your query is not urgent please try again at another time. You can also use the patient portal Health 365 to contact us for prescription orders, to arrange a phone consultation, or to ask the nurse/admin a query.
Once you have logged into Health 365, the patient portal, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Online Conversation" - this is not to be used for urgent issues. Depending on when your request is received will depend on when we can do the prescription, phone consultation or get back to you. If you do not have access to Health 365
contact reception for access or arrange this when you come in next.
Please note there is a surcharge for face to face, or phone consultations on Saturdays.
We have a Health Coach (Giselle and Rebecca) an in-house pharmacist (Sharon) a
WellBeing Practitioner (Seema). These are great services and are free of charge, they work by appointments only - scroll to the bottom of this page to read about the services they provide. Please ask your GP/Nurse/Health Assistant or Reception for further information.
WE CANNOT SEE CASUAL PATIENTS ON SATURDAYS***
