A patient portal is a secure online tool provided by GP practices that can allow convenient access to your health information as well as interaction with the practice e.g. booking appointments and requesting repeat prescriptions.
We are excited to announce we now have the patient portal ManageMyHealth available for your use.
ManageMyHealth is a secure and private online system that allows you to:
- check your lab results
- order your repeat prescriptions
- book your own GP appointments at the click of a button, and
- communicate securely with the practice team.
