The Doctors Huapai

Primary Healthcare Service

8:15 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Doctors Huapai - formerly Huapai Family Medical Practice

We are a family centered surgery offering a full range of general practice services to you and your family.

Consultation Times are by appointment only. Our standard GP and nurse consultation time is 15 minutes.

We acknowledge that at times it can be hard to get an appointment on the day that you would like. This is due to practice patient numbers increasing and the rapid growth of new housing in the area. Please help us by booking routine appointments two or three days in advance and be willing to be flexible so that we can provide daily appointments for emergencies.

Please also let us know if you are unable to make your appointment so that we are able to offer it to someone else.  Due to demand for appointments, missed appointments will be charged if we are not notified.

Patient Safety is a core value of our team. We therefore ask that you bring one issue per 15-minute appointment.

This enables us to deal with your medical issue appropriately and safely. If time permits, then two issues may be possible. If you require longer, please advise at time of booking. There will be an extra charge for this.

Part of patient safety is ensuring that your records have all the information needed. Please help us by filling in a patient Health Questionnaire at your next visit.

Patient Facilities
The Doctors Huapai is fully accessible for those with disabilities and in wheelchairs. We have ample parking behind the medical centre and disabled toilet facilities. Please let us know when booking an appointment if you will require any assistance on arrival.
